1. Same-Week Drop-Off Guarantee We know you hate waiting. If you are within our local delivery zone, we guarantee your order will be dropped off within the same week of purchase.
2. Same-Day Delivery (Upon Request) Need a last-minute gift or an emergency toy?
We offer Same-Day Delivery upon request, with best availability during the weekend.

Carrier: We use Australia Post for all non-local orders. You will receive a tracking number as soon as Cola licks the stamp (figuratively speaking).
↩️ Returns & Refunds
At Cola’s Wonderbox, we put a lot of heart into selecting our toys and crafting our plushies. We want you to love your new treasures!
🧵 Handmade Plushies (Change of Mind) Because our signature plushies are handcrafted works of art and often made in limited runs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to ask us for more photos or details before purchasing—we want to make sure it’s the perfect match for you!
🐾 Pet Toys (Hygiene Policy) For the health and safety of all pets, we generally cannot accept returns on pet toys once they have been opened or used.
⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items While we check everything carefully, sometimes things happen! If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault (not caused by rough play or wear and tear), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

For the Pets Please remember that no toy is indestructible. We strongly recommend supervising your pet during play to ensure their safety. Regularly inspect toys for wear and tear, and remove them immediately if they become damaged or parts come loose. Cola’s Wonderbox is not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from rough play or misuse.
For the Humans (Handmade Plushies) Our signature handmade plushies are designed as keepsakes and comfort items for humans, not toys for pets. They are delicate and may contain small parts that could be hazardous if chewed. Please keep these special treasures out of reach of paws and jaws!
